What if my order never arrives?
Open a dispute and we refund you in full — usually in under 48 hours — from the funds held in escrow.
What about damaged goods?
Snap a photo at delivery. We process a partial or full refund directly from the held funds.
When does the seller get paid?
Two clear days after you confirm delivery, or seven days automatically if you go silent. Whichever comes first.
